Greendale Offers Free Lunch During Thanksgiving

Tuesday students can take home meals for the rest of the week.

GREENDALE, WI— Greendale school leaders want to remind the public that meals are still being offered for students in need.

The district offers the free meals on school days for all children, ages 0 to 18, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. from the circle drive at Greendale High School.

No sign up is required and the child does not have to be present to receive the meal.

Curbside meal distribution will be held on Monday and Tuesday, November 23 and 24, as usual, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., in the circle drive at GHS.

On Tuesday, November 24, along with lunch for Tuesday students can receive a three-day Multi-Pack Meal Kit for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. These Multi Pack Meal Kits contain breakfast and lunch for three days.

The boxes are large, so families will need to come prepared.

A limited quantity of the three-day packs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
