Greendale Trick-Or-Treat Still On Following Board Talk

GREENDALE,WI—The Village Board set the date for the 2020 Trick or Treating at the end of 2019 so that it could be added to the Village event calendar magnet. But earlier this month, the board discussed options to roll back those plans.

Ultimately, trick-or-treating is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

It is up to each individual whether they wish to participate but you're asked to leave your porch light on if you are participating, according to the Board.

The Halloween parade was canceled for this year.

Other communities including Oak Creek cancelled the set hours this year, citing the pandemic.
