Greendale Village Day Still Needs Volunteers To Help Celebrate
Greendale's birthday celebration is coming up, and organizers are asking for a few more people to help make the event go smoothly.
GREENDALE, WI — The Greendale Lion's club is looking for volunteers for Greendale's 2020 Village Day — the village's annual birthday celebration.
Organizers are asking for people to help the Greendale Lions and Greendale Entertainment Association on Aug. 14 for setup and on Aug. 15 to help during the day of the celebration.
"Consider signing up for a couple of shifts and inviting your family and friends, organizers wrote. "All proceeds raised go directly to support local Greendale causes, scholarships, and Lions National charities."

Greendale's 2020 Village Day celebration will be held at Gazebo Park on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The event will feature a beer garden, live music, food, and a rummage on the green.
