Greendale's Jacob Malinowski Wins Wisconsin 82nd Primary

The 82nd district includes the southwest Milwaukee suburbs of Franklin, Greendale, and Greenfield.

GREENDALE, WI — Greendale resident Jacob Malinowski claimed victory in the Democratic primary for Wisconsin’s 82nd Assembly District Tuesday night, earning 65 percent of the vote and winning each of the district’s three municipalities.

He will face Republican incumbent Ken Skowronski in the general election on Nov. 3.

The 82nd district includes the southwest Milwaukee suburbs of Franklin, Greendale, and Greenfield.

“This victory was only possible because of the grassroots support we received in every corner of the district. Since we launched in April, our campaign has been about the thousands of hard-working folks around here who are tired of partisan politics and inactive leadership," he said on Facebook late Tuesday.
