Keg Tapping to Celebrate Season Opening at Whitnall Beer Garden
Milwaukee County officials say that the Whitnall Beer Garden is the top-rated beer garden in the county's south shore communities.

GREENDALE, WI — Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele, Milwaukee County Parks Executive Director Guy Smith will be hosting a special keg tapping event to celebrate the season opening of the Whitnall Beer Garden in Greendale. The keg tapping will be held at 4 p.m. with free beer while supplies last.
Milwaukee County officials say that the Whitnall Beer Garden is the top-rated beer garden in the county's south shore communities. The keg tapping will be held Friday, May 3 at 4 p.m. at the Whitnall Park Beer Garden, 8831 North Root River Parkway, Greendale.

- The beer garden features 24 craft beer handles with beers from Lakefront Brewery, New Glarus, MKE Brewing Co., Bells Brewery, Hinterland Brewery, Surly Brewery, City lights, Gathering Place, Leinenkugel's, Sprecher Brewing Company and more.
- Whitnall Beer gardens features live music from local musicians Saturdays & Sundays from 5-8 p.m.
- Profits to Parks - drinking at Whitnall Beer Garden supports future park projects.
- Food at Whitnall is provided by Gift of Wings grill
- Whitnall Beer Garden is open 4-10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 11a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
