New Art Business 'Galleria Greendale' Now Open
Galleria Greendale is opening for the first time on Tuesday. The business will sell original art and accessories from Wisconsin and beyond.
GREENDALE, WI — Today is the opening day of Greendale's newest art gallery and seller, Galleria Greendale.
The new business will launch Tuesday with its wide selection of art and accessories that are sourced mainly from Wisconsin artists, the Galleria Greendale website said. Work from more than 50 artists will be on display and available to buy, the website said.
Most of the artists are from Wisconsin, but some are from as far as Maine, Illinois and Washington, according to the gallery's artist list online.

Diverse accessories and clothes such as jewelry, scarves, shawls, handbags and socks will all be sold at Galleria Greendale. Unique ceramics, garden sculptures, sparkling glass and wood work will also be available, the website said.
Contemporary paintings and mixed-media artwork will also be available at Galleria Greendale, according to its website.

The gallery is owned by "longtime art lovers and collectors" and married team Barbara Caprille and Bruce Krajcir, Caprille wrote in a neighbor post on Patch. The gallery has been a longtime dream of Caprille's, and the Greendale location has only helped make that dream a reality, Caprille wrote.

Galleria Greendale will open its doors at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. It is located at 5640 Parking Street in Greendale. It will be open Monday-Saturday each week, and is closed on Sundays.
