The Village of Greendale has extended the deadline for the submission of sealed proposals to renovate, re-use or redevelop the former police and fire station to noon, Oct. 11, 2013.
According to EverythingGreendale.com, which first reported the extension Sept. 18, proposals that include the demolition of the original fire and police station, which was listed as a National Historic Landmark in 2012, will be entertained.
Proposals can be mailed or delivered in person to Village Manager Todd Michaels, 6500 Northway, Greendale, WI 53129.
