Sign-Up for Drivers Ed Courses Still Open

Do you have a young person who (gulp) needs to take driving lessons? There's still time to sign up for Drivers' Training at Greendale High.

GREENDALE, WI — Do you have a young person who (gulp) needs to take driving lessons?

There's still time to sign up for Drivers' Training at Greendale High School.

The first fall session runs from Sep. 25 to Nov. 15 Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The permit test is Oct. 11 at 5 p.m.

The second session runs over the same dates, but runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The permit test is also Oct. 11 but is at 8 p.m.

The course is hosted by AAA, and includes an interactive DVD-based curriculum, in addition to behind-the-wheel training time with specific routes through Greendale.

All training is handled by American Driving And Traffic Safety Education Association certified instructors.
