Greenfield Man Says Armed Suspect Tried Stealing His Car: Cops
The car owner told police that the suspect was armed with an unspecified weapon, and later fled in an older Chevy.

GREENFIELD, WI — According to Greenfield police call logs, a person called police just before midnight on Saturday, saying that a man in a dark sweatshirt attempted to break into his car.
Police call logs stated that the car owner confronted the man outside his vehicle, which was parked in the 8900 block of W. Plainfield Ave.
The car owner told police that the suspect was armed with an unspecified weapon, and later fled in an older Chevy sedan with a loud muffler, according to police call logs.

Greenfield police checked the area, however did not find the suspect.
