Greenfield Park and Recreation Summer Seasons Nearing End

A visit to Konkel Park on a weeknight will be filled with recreation softball and volleyball action.

If your only visits to Konkel Park come during the day or on the weekends, you’re missing out.

The Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department hosts dozens of softball and volleyball games throughout the week, and Wednesday is no exception.

On the sand volleyball courts, there are eight games in the Wednesday Co-Rec league. Among the teams in action are league-leader Let’er Rip (28-5) and second-place Pacesetters (27-6).
