National Night Out is Tuesday, Aug. 6, at Konkel Park
National Night Out is one of a bunch of great events going on in or around Greenfield this week.

Aside from the Fourth of July and Dan Jansen Fest, there is no bigger night for the community than National Night Out.
The free event, where those who attend can get interact with police officers and fire fighters, check out city vehicles from the Division of Public Works, fire and police departments, and much, much more, is from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, at Konkel Park in Greenfield.
Among the other attractions are a police department dunk tank, K9 demonstrations, inflatables, and a free dinner of a hot dog, chips and a drink (while supplies last).Â

- Blues lovers will want to check out the Waukesha BluesFest, on Friday and Saturday at Naga-Waukee Park in Hartland.
- Families will have a rare chance to camp out a the Milwaukee County Zoo this week with the "Snooze at the Zoo" event on Wednesday and Thursday night. The event includes a picnic buffet, a s'mores campfire, a continental breakfast in the morning and free admission to the zoo the following day. The zoo's website as all the details.
