New Tenant Cafe Zupas Announced For 84South In Greenfield
This is the first Cafe Zupas location to open in Wisconsin. The fast casual restaurant serves house-made soups, sandwiches, and salads.
GREENFIELD - The newest announcement for the 84South development is Cafe Zupas, a fast-casual chain that offers house-made soups, salads, and sandwiches.
According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, the restaurant is expected to open in early 2018 near Portillo's, which opens next month. Another Cafe Zupas is opening in Middleton in May. These are the first Wisconsin locations for the restaurant, which was founded 15 years ago in Utah.
Cafe Zupas prides itself on making healthful food from scratch each day, down to the salad dressings, sandwich spreads, and produce preparations, eschewing the usual pre-chopped lettuce and soup in bags.
