No Charges to be Filed in Death of Brittany Barnstable
Brittany, a Whitnall High School freshman, was struck by the vehicle as she crossed Sunny Slope Road on May 17, 2013.

The driver who struck and killed Brittany Barnstable, a 15-year-old Greenfield girl who was riding her bicycle on a trail in New Berlin last month, will not be charged.
Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel wrote in a letter there was no reason to suspect the woman, a 52-year-old who was driving a Ford Explorer, was under the influence or impaired, or was speeding, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Monday morning.
Brittany, a Whitnall High School freshman, was struck by the vehicle as she crossed Sunny Slope Road on May 17. She was pronounced dead the next day; her parents donated all of her organs.
