SCOTUS Weighs In On WI Election With Modified Absentee Rules

Alderman Candidate Andrew Drzewiecki is providing WI Election Commission Information for the April 7th, 2020 Election.

GREENFIELD, WI - The Supreme Court of The United States (SCOTUS) has also modified extended absentee voting.

To clarify, voters must have an absentee ballot postmarked by April 7th, and it must be received by April 13th, by 4:00PM at the local municipality, if returning via mail to be counted. Voters may also drop off an absentee ballot in person, at the local municipality, by 8:00PM on April 7th, 2020, to be counted.

Otherwise, you must vote in person, April 7th, 2020, for your vote to be counted.

Absentee ballots postmarked after April 7th, 2020, or hand delivered after 8:00PM on April 7th, 2020 cannot be counted.

This information has been provided directly by the WI Election Commission to candidates via their local municipality.
