Superintendent Candidate Has Strong Greenfield Ties

Lisa Elliott worked in the district for 20 years, including as principal at Maple Grove, before leaving for Nicolet High School, where she is the director of curriculum and instruction.

Lisa Elliott, the lone candidate interviewed by the Greenfield School Board this week for its superintendent vacancy who is not herself a superintendent, has a strong Greenfield connection.

Before becoming the director of curriculum and instruction at Nicolet High School, Elliott had been with the Greenfield School District for 20 years, her most recent role as principal at Maple Grove Elementary School.

Elliott initially taught chemistry at Greenfield High School, became an assistant principal at the school and then took over the top spot at Maple Grove.

NOW Newspapers also reports Elliott has been an adjunct lecturer at Alverno College since 2004.
