Foo Fighters To Open Newly Renovated American Family Amphitheater
The rock group is adding the American Family Insurance Amphitheater to their 26th Anniversary Tour.
MILWAUKEE, WI — Rock group Foo Fighters is adding another stop on their 26th Anniversary Tour.
The band will play the Grand Opening Concert at the newly renovated American Family Insurance Amphitheater on July 30. This will be the first concert at the Amphitheater after its $51.3 million dollar expansion, said a spokesperson.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on June 4. Fans are encouraged to watch the band's social media for more show announcements.

Amphitheater renovations include increasing production capacity and backstage amenities, as well as reimagining food and beverage options, said a spokesperson.
“A legendary band for a legendary venue! What a great way to open our new building,” Don Smiley, president and CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc, said. “We couldn’t be more excited to host Foo Fighters for the first concert at the NEW American Family Insurance Amphitheater. This venue is built for legendary bands, and we look forward to making some noise this summer, starting with the Foos.”
