Milwaukee Hero: Kimberly Burrows Of The Wisconsin National Guard

MILWAUKEE, WI —When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we're working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

This submission comes from Sandra Burrows who nominated her daughter Kimberly of Milwaukee. Kimberly has served three tours of duty in the Wisconsin National Guard and is a person of high integrity, her mother said.

Reason for recognition: She's a dedicated Soldier who served three tours, the latest in Ukraine. Despite her unwavering devotion to the Guard she helps care for her Niece and Nephew supplying them with endless, unconditional love.

One thing to know: She has integrity, and is devoted to God, the USA, and her Family.
