Milwaukee Mayor Endorses Biden, Citing Coronavirus: Report

Milwaukee's mayor endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden for president, saying he will handle the coronavirus pandemic better.

MILWAUKEE, WI — The mayor of Milwaukee has endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden for president in the November 2020 elections, according to a report. TMJ4 reported Tom Barrett said Biden will be able to better handle the coronavirus pandemic than President Donald Trump.

The outlet reported Barrett as saying Trump is divisive and blames others "on a daily basis," saying Biden is a unifier.

"We need a president right now who understands how to navigate through this tumultuous times," Barrett said, according to TMJ4.
