Temperatures will rise steadily in the Milwaukee area this memorial day weekend.

MILWAUKEE, WI — After a breezy and rainy end to the week, chances of showers and cool temperatures are expected for this Memorial Day weekend. Memorial Day will have a 20 percent chance of showers after 1 p.m. and a high near 69 degrees, the National Weather Service said.
Here's the breakdown on weather for the next three days:
- Saturday will start off sunny with a high of 59 degrees. Saturday night will be mostly clear with a low of around 45. Northeast winds from 5 to 10 mph.
- Sunday will be mostly sunny with a high of around 66 degrees and light winds. Sunday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 51. Variable wind becoming southeast from 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
- Memorial Day will be partly sunny with a 20 percent chance of showers after 1 p.m. and a high of 69. Monday night will be partly cloudy, with a low of around 53. Light southeast wind will increase from 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
