Paul Davis Restoration Hires New Senior Structural Estimator

From PD Wisconsin: Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling of Southeast and Fox Valley, Wisconsin has hired longtime industry professional Mike Bolson as Senior Structural Estimator. Bolson will be responsible for commercial and residential job estimating for property managers, insurance adjusters, and agents.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the region as a senior estimator in structural restoration, repairs and reconstruction, and vast experience in analyzing property damage from water, fire, smoke, vandalism, and mold, to name a few. Bolson will also manage other estimators and project managers on staff. He is certified from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Applied Structural Driving (ASD). He is also certified as an estimator and technician in crime and trauma scene bio-recovery and clean up.

Born and raised in Oconomowoc, Bolson began his career in the trades while attending Oconomowoc High School and worked in carpentry and painting. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Health and Physical Education, and Adaptive Fitness. Bolson played baseball at the University and was drafted by the Montreal Expos and the team’s minor league. Bolson also served as a public school teacher. He currently volunteers as a coach for local youth baseball teams and resides with his family in Oconomowoc.
