Police say they are searching for Tammy Mann in connection with the abandoned baby case.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Police in Milwaukee say there is an investigation underway after a baby boy was found without his parents early July 3. According to information from police, the department's Sensitive Crimes Division says they've identified the child and his parents and are now trying to reunite them.

"I came to my door. I opened the door. He was there. He didn't have on no clothes. He didn't have a bottle or milk in the paper bag. He just had Pampers," Kisha Stinson said in the WISN 12 report.
