Staying Cool, New Berlin? Open Pools Near You

NEW BERLIN, WI — As summer heat sets over southeast Wisconsin, people are flocking to bodies of water to relax and cool off.

New Berlin doesn't have a public swimming pool in the city, but there are a few pools within 10 miles of the city.

Here's a list of nearby swimming pools that are open this summer.

• Hales Corners Pool in Hales Corners Park, 5765 S. New Berlin Rd., Hales Corners, WI 53130
• Horeb Springs Aquatic Center in Horeb Spring Park, 330 Spring St., Waukesha, WI 53188
• Village of Elm Grove Swimming Pool, 13600 Juneau Blvd., Elm Grove, WI 53122
• Wiberg Aquatic Center in Wirth Park, 2585 N. Pilgrim Rd., Brookfield, WI 53005
• TOSA Pool in Hoyt Park, 1800 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, WI 53226

Buchner Pool and Community Center in Waukesha is still closed due to reconstruction. Only two of seven public pools in Milwaukee County are open this year.
