"They were powerhouse operators, they were machinists and they were electricians," Molson Coors chief executive officer Gavin Hattersley said Wednesday. "But more important, they were husbands, they were fathers and they were friends. They were part of the fabric of our company and our community and we will miss them terribly."
Police identified the shooter as 51-year-old Anthony Ferrill. On Thursday afternoon, The Journal Sentinel reported that Ferrill was an electrician who worked at the company for about 17 years. "He was a very good electrician, a very good worker and I couldn't say anything bad about the guy," Phillip Rauch Sr., in the report.

"Reasons for this is still under investigation as to what transpired, and we don't have that for you," he said during the Thursday afternoon press conference.
Flags across Wisconsin were flown at half-staff, and nearly 1,000 Molson Coors employees have been told to stay home following Wednesday's shooting.
