UW-Milwaukee Hosts 29th Annual Criminal Justice Career Day On Tuesday

Career fair will feature representatives from local law enforcement, corrections, non-profit agencies, and much more.

MILWAUKEE - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee will host its 29th annual Criminal Justice Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, for criminal justice majors, pre-majors, alumni, and UWM students curious about criminal justice.

Participating agencies include: Allied Universal, Ashwaubenon Public Safety, Milwaukee ATF, City Year Milwaukee, MATC South Campus, Milwaukee County DA's Office Victim/Witness Services, Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office; Potawatomi Gaming Commission Investigations Department, Securitas Security, US Probation Office, Washington County Sheriff's Office, Waukesha County Communications, Waukesha County Sheriff's Office, Wisconsin Community Services, Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Wisconsin DNR, Wisconsin HIDTA, and Wisconsin State Patrol; and police departments from Appleton, Fitchburg, Eau Claire, Glendale, Greenfield, Mequon, Milwaukee, New Berlin, Oak Creek, Oshkosh, Racine, UWM, and Waukesha.

The fair will be held in the UWM Student Union Ballroom. Attendees are encouraged to think of this as a networking opportunity and dress for success.
