Woman Hit By Gunfire While Stopped At Traffic Light: Milwaukee PD
According to the Milwaukee Police Department, officers are still looking for a suspect in the case.
MILWAUKEE, WI — A Milwaukee woman is recovering from her injuries after she was shot over the weekend while a passenger in a vehicle, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.
Police said the woman, who is 32 years old, was shot sometime before 3 a.m. Saturday along the 6700 block of W. Hampton Avenue while stopped at a traffic light.
Police said the woman was shot after someone fired shots into the vehicle she was riding in.

Due to the shooting, she suffered serious injuries and is receiving medical treatment at a nearby hospital. Currently, she remains in stable condition, police said.
Police said they are continuing to look for unknown suspects in the case.
