Data released December 7 by the North Shore Health Department reveal two more people died from the coronavirus since Friday.

SHOREWOOD, WI—Data released December 7 by the North Shore Health Department reveal two more people died from the coronavirus since Friday. Confirmed cases have also increased by 97 people between December 4 and December 7, when the latest records were released.

The North Shore Health Department reports data for Bayside, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Glendale, River Hills, Shorewood, and Whitefish Bay. A total of 41 people have died among these communities.

Glendale has the most cumulative sick cases, with a total of 936. Shorewood has seen 591 total cases, and Whitefish Bay has seen a total of 632 cases.

A 14-day quarantine period is still recommended for people who were in close contact with someone who has COVID-19. New guidance from the CDC and WI DHS provides options for shortening quarantine if people are asymptomatic.
