3 Cars Illegally Entered Overnight on Saturday

With three fresh car break-ins over the weekend, a dozen entry to autos have been reported in Shorewood over the past few weeks.

Three cars were illegally entered overnight on Saturday.

According to the police report, an unlocked car parked in the 3900 block of North Richland Court was entered and six DVDs worth $60 and $50 in cash taken.

Nothing was taken when an unlocked car was rummaged through while parked in the 3900 block of North Ridgefield Court.

Another car parked in the 3900 block of North Lake Drive was illegally entered. Police didn’t have information on whether it was locked or items were taken from the vehicle as of Tuesday morning.

A dozen entry to autos have been reported in Shorewood over the last few weeks. Whitefish Bay has been hit especially hard with more than 30 break-ins in the past several weeks. Bay police did catch one man in the act Friday night.
