Blue's Egg Opens Its Doors In Shorewood

SHOREWOOD, WI — Blue's Egg finally cracked opened their doors in Shorewood on May 29 at 4195 N. Oakland Ave.

Blue's Egg, serves modern American brunch daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you want to go basic, Blue's Egg serves traditional breakfast, a variety of Eggs Benedict, in addition to made-to-order steel cut oatmeal, house granola and creamy polenta.

If you want to go fancy, try digging into a variety of omlets, including chicken chorizo, roast mushroom and ratatouille.

If lemon cheesecake french toast doesn't sound inviting on its own, the "much loved" entrees including roasted mushroom strata, smoked salmon flat bread, rooted veggie has and house made corned beef hash are sure to entice.
