The Chocolate Factory In Shorewood Closes Its Doors

SHOREWOOD, WI -- The Chocolate Factory, an erstwhile place to grab a milkshake, a hearty sub sandwich or a bowl of soup, has closed its Shorewood location, company officials said.

According to a Facebook post on Tuesday, the location at 4330 N. Oakland Ave. closed on Dec. 31. The restaurant's employees have been offered work at the chain's eight other locations, according to company officials.

The remaining Chocolate Factory locations are in Cedarburg, Delafield, Elm Grove, Oak Creek, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee, Waukesha and West Bend.
