Community Fitness Center Pool Policy Update: No Open Swim
The Community Fitness Center Pool revised its policy for this summer to no longer require pre-registration. Still no open swim, though.
SHOREWOOD, WI— The pool at the Shorewood Community Fitness Center now no longer requires pre-registration for lap swimming, but open swim will remain closed, an official from the Shorewood Recreation and Community Services Department confirmed.
Lap swimming will now be open without any need to pre-register. The pool does not have an open swim and is only available to "adults"— lap swimmers older than 13 years old, the Department official said.
Masks are still required in Shorewood School District buildings, including the Community Fitness Center, but that will change in July.
