Corner Bakery Cafe to Satisfy Cravings in Shorewood with New Location

Corner Bakery Cafe will soon satisfy cravings for fresh, ingredient-inspired food with the opening of a new cafe in Shorewood on Monday, Aug. 28. The new cafe features the brand’s fourth drive-thru and is located at 1305 E. Capitol Drive, adjacent to the Oak Leaf Trail and Bridge featuring the Ghost Train. To accommodate users, the cafe will have direct access to those exiting or entering the trail, ample bike parking, a water bottle filling station, a bike repair stand and an expansive outdoor patio. Drive-thru guests can place an order from their car, park in a designated area and have their order hand-delivered by a server.

To celebrate the new cafe, Corner Bakery Cafe will add excitement on opening day and throughout the first month of business with several delicious prizes and giveaways. On Monday, Aug. 28, the first 100 guests through the doors at 6 a.m. will receive a commemorative Corner Bakery Cafe travel mug with free daily refills of hand-roasted coffee for one year. Additionally, Corner Bakery Cafe will hold drawings to award lucky guests free grilled panini for a year or a free side of pancakes for a year, with one winner for each selected for four weeks.

Corner Bakery Cafe serves made-to-order food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The seasonal, innovative menu ranges from hot breakfast and grilled panini to handcrafted salads, signature sandwiches, mouthwatering sweets and more. Favorites include light and fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes for breakfast, the grilled-to-perfection Chicken Pomodori Panini for lunch, the crave-worthy Pesto Cavatappi for dinner, and a slice of rich Cinnamon Creme Cake for dessert.

In a warm, relaxing atmosphere with artwork depicting local landmarks on the wall, guests can enjoy their meals in the company of friends and family or stay connected with free WiFi and bottomless cups of hand-roasted coffee. With the Ghost Train directly next to the cafe, the outdoor patio seats 50 with unobstructed views of the bridge. There is also a wall of windows for guests enjoying the view from inside the cafe.

The new Shorewood Corner Bakery Cafe marks Wisconsin’s third location and is owned and operated by Neo Fourno, Inc., a family owned and operated Milwaukee-based franchise group for the past 17 years. The group plans to open a total of 10 cafes in the Milwaukee and Madison areas within the next several years.
