Looking for a place to drop those burnt out fluorescent light blubs, old weed killer and gasoline, batteries and other household hazardous waste?
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District will accept hazardous waste at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is no fee for the service and you don't even have to leave the car.

Since the beginning of the program in 1997, MMSD has collected more than 14 million pounds of hazardous waste, according to its website.
