Greyhounds Meet Pius XI Tuesday in Boys Volleybal Sectional Semi-finals
As a No. 2 seed, Shorewood enjoyed a first-round bye and only need two wins to spark a state tournament berth.
The Shorewood boys volleyball team is two wins away from securing a spot in the state tournament for the first time since 2005.
The No. 2 Greyhounds (9-3) will meet No. 3 Pius XI (8-5) on Tuesday night at 7 at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Dr., for a sectional semi-final matchup. As a No. 2 seed, Shorewood got a first round bye.Â
Shorewood won its lone regular season matchup against Pius XI.
