How To Nominate Your Good Neighbor For Shorewood's 'Honor Roll'
The Village of Shorewood is asking residents to submit stories about selfless acts by neighbors for a chance to honor them.

SHOREWOOD, WI— Shorewood's Good Neighbor Honor Roll is back and seeking to recognize the many great neighbors and their deeds across the village this past year, the village announced.
Residents can nominate their neighbor or neighbors to be a part of the Honor Roll by sharing their good deeds and what sets them apart in an online survey, the announcement said.
Unlike in past years where only one Shorewood resident would be honored, there's more than enough room for multiple 'good neighbors,' according to a village announcement. Much like last year's program, this year's village Honor Roll will honor Shorewood's many heroes and helpers through the pandemic, the announcement said.

Residents can nominate their neighbor or neighbors until July 14, whether they did something big, such as organizing a food drive, or something more personal and small, the announcement said.
The initiative will result in a published letter containing all of the honors, according to the announcement. Last year's honor roll program included dozens of names of people that "went above and beyond to be a good neighbor," according to the 2020 Honor Roll.
