On Sunday, July 24 the Milwaukee Art Museum welcomes families to participate in Kohl’s Art Generation Family Sunday: Lights, Camera, ART! an exploration on how paintings and movies can connect in the American Epics: Thomas Hart Benton and Hollywood exhibit. Kids can tour the exhibit, then sketch a story, sculpt characters and add their mark to a giant backdrop. Additionally, local actors will be performing a variety of pieces that kids can participate in. The Kohl’s Art Generation Studio allows kids to enjoy a fun, interactive space while gaining an appreciation for art through hands-on projects.
