Man Lights Van on Fire on South Side in Effort to Replicate Sherman Park Unrest
The Milwaukee man has been charged with arson

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man is charged with arson after lighting a van on fire on the south side in an effort to replicate the recent unrest in the Sherman Park Neighborhood.
According to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Dale Folley, 19, admitted to setting fire to the van Sunday near W. National Ave. and S. Cesar E. Chavez Dr. Folley reportedly said that he and a group of men "wanted to do the same thing here that we did on Sherman Boulevard".
Police were dispatched to the fire after a caller spotted about 20 young men leaving the scene. An officer spotted Folley, who took off running. The brief pursuit ended when Folley stopped running.

Folley admitted to helping to break the window of the van, lighting a napkin on fire and throwing it inside the window.
Folley remained in jail as of Saturday. Hes also charged with two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping.
