MOD Pizza Offering Pizza Discounts For Pride-Friendly People

SHOREWOOD, WI -- This month until June 24, several MOD Pizza locations in the Milwaukee Metro area are offering discounts for people who share their support for National Pride Month.

June is known as LGBTQ Pride Month to commemorate the 1969 Stonewall riots in Manhttan. Today, many pride events are held throughout the month to recognize the impact LGBTQ people have had on the world around us.

The company has also been featuring their diverse workforce with personality profiles: "This Pride Month, we’re featuring some of our superstar MOD Squadders around the country who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. They are managers and pizza-makers, marketers and trainers – but what binds them together is the immeasurable impact they have on the culture at MOD and in our communities," the company said in a statement on their company website.

At MOD pizza, if a customer wears a rainbow item, they're able to get a MOD-sized pizza or salad for $5. Here are the participating locations in the Metro Milwaukee area:
