Her tirade occurred after her son burned some popcorn

WEST ALLIS -- The District 1 Court of Appeals has upheld a West Allis woman's disorderly conduct conviction for yelling profane things at the 14-year-old son after he burned some popcorn.
According to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel the court panel ruled Ginger Breitzman's conduct was "profane" and could have provoked or caused a disturbance.
