The Gleasons Bring Irish Flair to Hubbard Park

The Summer Sounds concert series continues this week, with live music on Wednesday night.

Shorewood's free summer concert series will continue this week with musical guests The Gleasons.

The local band is a blend of fiddles, flutes, guitars, percussion and rich harmonies that leave you smiling and stomping your feet as you enjoy traditional Irish, bluegrass, Americana, a hint of Latin, rock and American pop music. A special opening act from 6-6:30 p.m., the McMenamin Irish Dance Academy dancers, will set the tone with their impressive Irish dance moves.

The free concert series starts at 6 p.m. every Wednesday in Hubbard Park. Bring a lawn chair and blanket. Refreshments will be on sale.
