Three Men Charged with Burglary and Unlawful Entry During Sunday's Unrest in Sherman Park
They allegedly entered a liquor store through smashed windows

MILWAUKEE -- Three men were charged Friday with burglary and unlawful entry to a liquor store during Sunday's unrest near Sherman Park.
According to The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Durrell Jones, 45, of West Allis faces one count of burglary. Joseph Lindsey, 22, and Devon Love, 20, both of Milwaukee, each face misdemeanor counts of unlawful entry into a locked building.
The incidents occurred at Clark Beer and Liquor, at 4728 W. Burleigh St.

When police arrived and arrested the men the defendants told police the building's windows were already shattered and others were already looting when they went inside.
Jones admitted to police that he had gone inside to get beer. Love and Lindsey admitted to being inside, but said they had no intent to steal anything.
