Wisconsin 'Not Ready' To Advance In Badger Bounceback Plan: State
Here's why Wisconsin officials said they're not ready to advance in the Badger Bounceback plan.
MILWAUKEE, WI — State officials say they're allowing some stores to open back up in Wisconsin after the state recorded a 14-day downward trajectory of positive COVID-19 test results.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, the state has now seen a total of 10,434 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and have seen a total of 410 virus-related deaths.
Yet as the case counts and fatality count rise, state health officials say the percentage of all tests that have come back positive for COVID-19 has decreased. For example, on Sunday, eight percent of all tests reported positive results. On Monday, that figure was six-and-a-half percent.
