CHEYENNE – The Cheyenne City Council will hold its annual Straw Poll Dinner on Tuesday, December 3rd at Poor Richard’s Restaurant (2233 E. Lincolnway). Nominations for City Council President and City Council Vice President for 2020 will be made. The dinner will start at 6:00 p.m.
