ARC Realty To Open New Location In Mountain Brook

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — A local firm is continuing its rapid growth with a new location. The Birmingham Business Journal reported Monday that ARC Realty will open a new location in Mountain Brook after a recent expansion to Montgomery.

ARC Realty was established in 2013 and is one of the fastest growing brokerages in the state.. The company is headquartered in Cahaba Heights and has offices in Downtown Birmingham, Lake Martin and Hoover. The company’s Montgomery move was the result of a partnership with Alfa Insurance as the latter company exited real estate to focus on insurance. ARC then absorbed Alfa’s listings.
