MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Entering the city of Mountain Brook will soon look a little different, as a project for entrance signs at the city limits took another step forward this week. The Mountain Brook City Council approved a bid for the signs at its most recent meeting.
The project is a Leadership Mountain Brook brainchild, and the organization has raised $1,400 for the signs.
The council approved a bid Monday from Architectural Graphic & Design Specialties, Inc. for $10,785 plus tax. There will be two signs - one on Mountain Brook Parkway and one on Cahaba Road in English Village. Installation will take place in the next six to eight weeks.
