Construction To Begin This Week On Abingdon Road

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL - Construction work on Abingdon Road in Mountain Brook is set to begin this week, if the weather cooperates.

Dunn Construction began last week prepping for the future milling and paving work to be done on Abingdon, a project that was set to begin Amy 29, but heavy rain from Sub-Tropical Storm Alberto has postponed the start of the project until weather permits.

Dunn Construction intends to keep one lane open while they are working, but short delays should be expected.
