Lane Parke Development To Enter Phase 2 In March

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — The source of a bevy of questions from Mountain Brook residents in the last couple of years has been when the Lane Parke development in Mountain Brook Village will begin its next phase of construction. Many of those questions were answered this week by the Mountain Brook City Council, as developers said they are hoping to begin Phase 2 of the project in March.

Construction of the 50,000-square-foot Phase 2 of Lane Parke, set to begin the first week of March, is a 14-month project set for completion in spring of 2022, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.

Upon completion of Phase 2, Lane Parke will include about 120,000 square feet of retail, 276 apartments and the 100-room Grand Bohemian Hotel.
