Mountain Brook Ranked Among 10 Best Places To Live In Alabama

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — A national community ranking system recently released its list of the best places to live in Alabama, and likely to no surprise to those who live in Mountain Brook, the city ranked among the top 10.

Mountain Brook came in at no. 7 in the Niche.com list of Best Places to Live in Alabama, a list that includes several other Birmingham suburbs.

The rankings were determined by using data from the U.S. Census Bureau, FBI, CDC and other agencies, combined with reviews from people that live in the area. Also, the study considers a variety of topics to determine a town or city's standing, including affordability, local housing market, neighborhood diversity, local public schools and walkability, to name a few.
