Mountain Brook Residents Hit The Polls For Special Election
At noon, the Birmingham Botanical Garden's lot in Mountain Brook Village was full as voters headed in to cast their ballots.

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — As Alabama residents head to the polls today, the world will watch the results roll in for the special election between Republican Roy Moore and Democrat Doug Jones. The polls opened at 7 a.m. Tuesday morning and will remain open until 7 p.m.
Mountain Brook residents took advantage of their lunch breaks to head to their polling places. At noon, the Birmingham Botanical Garden's lot in Mountain Brook Village was full as voters headed in to cast their ballots. Another surge of voters is expected at the end of the work day.
