New Restaurant Opens In Mountain Brook Village

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Mountain Brook Village has seen a bevy of new restaurant activity recently, and another new eatery just added itself to the list of new spots over the weekend. Abhi Eatery and Bar opened in the former Avo space, chef Abhi Sainju's second Birmingham-area location.

Sainju posted on Facebook about the opening, a much-anticipated event since announcing he would open a location in the space vacated by Avo a year ago.

Abhi's menu will feature cocktails, curry dishes, noodle bowls and sushi. It is open from 5-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
