New Salad Restaurant Coming To Mountain Brook Village
A new restaurant specializing in gourmet salads plans to open in Lane Parke this summer.
MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — A new salad restaurant plans to open soon in the Lane Parke development in Mountain Brook Village. ChopNFresh Salads, based in Huntsville, announced a summer opening, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
Previously known as Chop Chop Salads, the restaurant's menu includes salads with greens, grains and seasonal features with made-from-scratch in-house dressings.
